We are happy to exchange your product for a credit note on the conditions that it is:
- Within 30 days of purchase.
- The product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- Must have all tags still attached.
- Receipt must be included with the return.
Once your return is received you will be issued with a Credit Note Voucher via email,
which will allow you to repurchase any item of your choice.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
1. Ensure your return meets all of the ‘Return Conditions’ above or your item may be returned to sender.
2. Fill out your returns form. You can download it here if you have misplaced it.
3. Use our Returns Portal to generate a post label, wrap your return up in a parcel pack and stick on your parcel.
Send your item/s back to the address below via a trusted post method as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels. Signature on delivery is recommended.

4. Returned products are assessed and you will be notified if your return has been accepted. You may then be issued with a credit note voucher via email. If your return does not satisfy the above conditions it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Overseas purchases will be charged postage as charged initially. We cannot take responsibility for change of mind/selection of wrong sizes.
We do not accept returns on sale items so please choose carefully.

Please note we are unable to hold sizes for exchange.
If you are worried about missing out on your size, or need your item replacement ASAP we recommend purchasing the correct item prior to sending back your return.
We will issue you with a credit note voucher once we receive your unwanted item. Please note this amount is unable to be refunded.

You are only eligible to receive a full refund via Afterpay if the goods are faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced or are not as described.
