Pretty poor service!

Apparently the shoe is in men’s sizing... it does not state this anywhere on the website or shoe description OR sizing chart. Being a ladies clothing store, one would assume the items are in ladies sizing. I ordered my usual size 9, and received a men’s size 9 - which is a ladies size 11.
I made many calls over a period of 4-5 weeks to attempt to rectify the issue. I was asked to repeat the issue and provide my name and phone number multiple times, like it was the first time I was calling all over again, and informed that I would receive a call back soon (which never happens). Frustrating to say the least. Then to be told that the shoe states that the sizing is unisex, and that’s all the Vans and Converse are unisex. This is untrue - some of the petite Converse shoes are definitely women’s shoes. Plus, as stated above, it does not disclose anywhere that the sizing or shoes are unisex!
I finally received a call back advising that I could return the shoes and receive a credit, but that I had to pay shipping. Upon advising that I was not happy to pay shipping, I was told that the cost could be reimbursed to me also. I was definitely happy with this, and even apologized for any inconvenience I might have caused.
Well, that was over a week ago now, and I still have not received a credit note, nor any further correspondence.
I’ve decided to cut my loses here, as I do not have the time to make constant follow up phone calls about something as unimportant as a pair of shoes.
I’m pretty annoyed and unhappy about the situation, and will absolutely not be ordering from Lionheart ever again in the future!!
Very very poor customer service here.
